Being a part of CBSE Board we are following the NCERT Curriculum for the overall development of the child's personality. To bring out the hidden talents from every individual at the same time to unleash the potentials. The classrooms are arranged in such a way that the teaching learning process becomes impressive. We motivate every child to apply the understanding in his day-to-day's life in a creative and pleasant manner and make them aware of accepting challenges in a competitive spirit. It is said that today's children are tomorrow's future citizens. Hence, we mold them by inculcating moral values in them. We make the children self-reliant in every mode of life. We prefer all round development of the child by enhancing the writing, speaking and communication skills. We aim that each and every student of SSKPEMS should be an All-rounder and Outstanding in every step of life!
Teaching Methodology
Central to our philosophy of teaching is the belief that all children are individuals where every student has his or her unique style of learning. The students and the teachers share a common plane of understanding where the student's learning style matches with the teacher’s teaching style. The teacher involves the students in their learning journey, right from its planning, to execution moving on to assessment. Here the teacher, playing the role of a facilitator, solely tries to guide the students in their progress, assisting them in their difficulties. Moving beyond 'chalk-n-talk', the teachers use technology, games, role-plays, audio-visual aids and other hands-on activities as their teaching tools. The teaching methodology facilitates ‘out of classroom’ learning.
Yoga & Meditation
Students are taught the art of yoga and meditation, one of the integral part of the Indian culture, so that they lead a stress-free life. The school is experiencing the benefits of this programme. Each of the students is taught to respect each other's culture and differences. Taking into consideration this fact a special focus is being given to make them aware of the diversified culture that characterizes our nation. We are setting an example for our children, because they do watch us as they develop their own sense of right and wrong.
Disaster Management & Life Skills
These include co-ordination, command and control, rapid assessment of damage, restoration of power, telephonic communication and surface transport, deployment of search and rescue teams, medicals and para-medical teams, arrangements for drinking water and food material, setting up of temporary shelters, sanitation and hygiene identification and earmarking of resources, last but not the least, maintenance of law and order is equally important. That is the reason why, we provide systematic training of Disaster Management to our students. Furthermore, utmost emphasis is given to teach students the importance of labor and hard work, the development of their skills and productivity.
Infrastructure
Every child is unique "All pupils are valued". ABPPS is a very special school with luxurious infrastructure, pleasant atmosphere and small enough in number to allow all staff to know all pupils whether (as) they teach them or not.
ABPPS provides a first-hand experience in all practical subjects. All the labs in the school are well equipped with latest apparatus, techniques, and instruments. Students have access to the following laboratories in the school. The two storied building with basement provides an exemplary ambience for different kinds of activities. The building accommodates spacious and well ventilated classrooms, seminar halls, activity halls, a huge library with collection of more than 3000 books and periodicals, medical room with a stationed nurse all the time during the school hours, career counseling room and state of the art fully equipped latest separate physics, chemistry, biology, computer, English, maths, social science and a composite science labs for primary students.
